A little over a month after pleading guilty to spousal battery, Dennis Rodman's Mercedes S600 has been impounded. An unidentified female was driving the car in West Hollywood when she was pulled over. The registration had not been paid in a year and a half. A rep for Rodman has stated that Rodman thought his business manager had paid the registration, and that he is ready to fix things.

Someone want to tell me how a guy that makes millions can't pay his registration? I don't make millions and I can pay my registration. Perhaps he was reading "Wesley Snipes Big Book of Tax Tips" at the same time he... ummmm... forgot to pay his registration because he thought his manager had. What a dope.
